Return and Refund Policy
Summary
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you bought the item, we’re sorry – but we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items just can’t be returned. Perishable goods (like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines) are not returnable. We also don’t accept returns on intimate or sanitary products, hazardous substances, or flammable liquids/gases.
Other non‑returnable items include:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve got it – and let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, we’ll process your refund and automatically apply it to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Refund late or missing?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company – sometimes it takes a while for the refund to show up officially.
Next, get in touch with your bank, as they often have a processing period.

Sale items
Only items at regular price can be refunded. Discounted/sale items are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they’re defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift card.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we’ll refund the gift giver, and they’ll be notified about your return.
Return shipping costs
You’ll need to cover the shipping costs for your return – these are non‑refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you’re returning high‑value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.

When we only give partial refunds:
Books that show obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl that have been opened
Any item that’s not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts (unless it’s our fault)
