Woodford adjustable rod with pressure relief valve to prevent bursting. 10-piece upgrade and repair kit. It prevents the Woodford faucet tube from bursting in freezing conditions, even if a hose is unintentionally left connected to the faucet. You don’t need to remove the existing Woodford rod to determine the length. The adjustable rod only fits existing Woodford Model Nos. 14, 16, 17, 19, 22 or V22s. Use common household tools to repair. Repairs can be made without removing the faucet. Kit includes all the necessary parts to retrofit the most-common 4 In. to 14 In. Woodford operating rods. Adjustable rod. Instructions and diagram to scale is included in the kit to determine correct length rod to place into the existing Woodford faucet. Rubber packing helps prevent leaking behind the packing nut.
