Description

A Portland cement-based patch and skim coat that can be installed over almost any surface to provide a smooth and permanent finish prior to the installation of floor coverings or patching holes, gouges, cracks, and seams, in subfloors such as concrete, brick, masonry, terrazzo and ceramic tile, wood, and metal, prior to the installation of any floor covering. Specially formulated with an ultra fast dry time. Dries in as little as 15 minutes. Can be installed from a feather edge to 5 In. depth. No primers or additives needed, just mix with water. Recommended mixing ratio is 2 parts powder to 1 part water (by volume). For the entire bag, mix 1.75 quarts of water with the 7 Lb. bag. Coverage: Trowel with flat edge, 7 Lb. box covers approximately 198 Sq. Ft. at skim coat. Temperature should be above 65 deg. F. Remove dirt, wax, polish, paint, and other foreign material from floor prior to application. Mixing product with a 1/2 In. drill at a minimum 650 RPM will produce a creamier and easier-to-apply mix. If the product begins to harden in the bucket use a drill to re-whip. Will not promote the growth of mold and/or mildew. 7 Lb. box.
